I teach in a calm, positive manner ensuring that the sessions are structured around the needs and learning style of the individual child.  This enables them to learn effectively in the way that most supports them and is likely to support them throughout their life. 

Learning includes a mix of practical and formal recording methods as well as the use of technology where appropriate.  I am a qualified and experienced Primary School Teacher and SENCo so whether the child is a proficient learner who needs challenging, a learner who requires a little boost in confidence or one who has a diagnosis that means they learn a little differently (e.g. dyslexia/dyscalculia/ADHD/Autism), I plan individual sessions specifically to meet their needs.
